Nicolas Moretti is a Director at Marcus & Millichap’s Vancouver office. While he primarily focuses on industrial sales & leasing, he has successfully transacted across all major asset classes throughout B.C. He has a strong track record in identifying value-add opportunities, combining in-depth financial analysis with creative repositioning or development strategies to enhance property value. Nicolas advises private and institutional clients on acquisitions, dispositions, project leasing, build-to-suit opportunities and tenant representation.
Nicolas joined Marcus & Millichap in 2020 after several years in asset management & development for a multinational corporation and was recognized as the Western Canada Rising Star in 2024. A graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business with a dual specialization in Real Estate & Marketing, Nicolas also holds the CCIM designation, reflecting his advanced expertise in financial analysis, market valuation, and investment strategy. Outside of work, Nicolas enjoys competitive sports and is an avid golfer and skier.
